We present a case of recurrance of squamous cuell carcinoma in a Korean albinoid on both sides of the neck and right ear. On histopathologic examlnation. We find horn pearls. And irreguial masses of epidermal cells that proliferate downward into
the
dermis. The invading cell masses are composed of atypical squamous cells.(Kor J Dermatol 1995; 33(10 : 109~113)
